The state percentage is interesting. Colorado is a surprise, it never really recovered from the Dot Com crash, I'd have thought the risk was wrung out of it by now. Utah doesn't surprise me, for politically incorrect reasons, my sister was an auditor in Eastern Idaho which has a quite a bit of shady stuff going on.
