The world continues to dump their goods on us while the US consumer believes they are in reasoanble financial shape cuz their net worth is up (house).
As houses start slipping in value they will realize soon that their security blanket has been removed and will start to really worry about their future.

double check the loaded/unloaded containers number... as although exports are up due to demand from China for raw materials... still a large part of containers shipped are empty... going back mainly to China.

bailey, this is loaded containers. Both LA and LB break out loaded vs. empty containers - and unless I goofed, I used loaded for all those numbers.
