count me among the refi'ers. i'm moving into a 30yr fixed from a 1 month ARM. the trailing average is starting to catch up with me and its time to get fixed.

i'm also changing my interest rate outlook as well. i see rates continuing to go up up up.

plus i'm having a 2nd baby so it looks like i'm sitting here in this school district for a while!
