Rumor: bid to buy Lehman now tendered from Little Jimmy and his growing Ant farm business in Comebychance Yukon. Lehman shares pop 12% on the news. BKX does an about turnaround. Flatly denied by Little Jimmy, Bloomberg, CNBC and most headline writers continue to push the story to the ignorant (sheep) masses still reading earlier headlines about lipstick on pigs. Full news story at 10. ABC news poll on the most important topic of upcoming election: top result: why do lipstick wear pigs and how we can stop such animal abuse. My friend, Ed Peterson, over at Wells, Iowa, received a
thousand dollar government check for not raising hogs. So, I want
to go into the "notraising hogs" business. What I want to know is,
in your opinion, what is the best kind of farm not to raise hogs on
and what is the best breed of hogs not to raise? I want to be sure
that I approach this endeavour in keeping with all governmental
policies. I would prefer not to raise razorbacks but if this is not
a good breed not to raise, then I would just as gladly not raise
Yorkshires or Durocs. As I see it, the hardest part of this program
will be keeping an accurate inventory of how many hogs I haven't
raised.
My friend, Peterson, is very pleased about the future of the
business. He has been raising hogs for twenty years and the best
he ever made on them was four hundred and fifty dollars in 1968
until this when he got your check for not raising any.
If I get one thousand dollars for not raising fifty hogs, will I
get two thousand dollars for not raising one hundred hogs? I plan
to operate on a small scale at first, holding myself down to about
four thousand hogs not raised which will mean about eighty thousand
dollars the first year. Now, another thing: These hogs I will not
raise will not eat ten thousand dollars bushels of corn. Will I
qualify for payments for not raising and wheat not to feed the
four thousand hogs I am not going to raise? I want to get started
as soon as possible as this seems like a good time of the year not
to raise hogs or grain.
Also, I am considering the "not milking the cows" business so
please send me information on that, too. In view of these
circumstances, I will be totally unemployed and plan to file for
unemployment benefits and food stamps.
"A pig is a liability until it is sold or slaughtered"
I know a pig farmer that almost got killed by his pig, no joke, he slipped and fell in the stall and the damn pig tried to trample him to death. His wife has to finally had to shoot it with a shotgun to make it stop.
I'm disappointed but saw this coming with the weekend posters becoming more extreme. Anyone know good financial blogs which aren't political and stay on topic?
This is just sad.
I know you guys try to stay apolitical but it would be great if you did a comparison of the two parties economic plans. And then took the blindingly obvious next step and endorsed Obama.
You have a lot of credibility and I think even the die-hard hacks like barely and jg would respect it.

I am sad for you gr8f8. And I am sad for your mother.
When palin, who is likely to be our next president comments on Fannie and Freddie, displaying a level of knowledge that would embarrass a 10 year old it is news, and appropriate for a real estate/finance blog to comment on.

Sadly, I have been dragged into the Fed Funds drop next month camp. The Fed needs to give everyone, borrowers, lenders more time to swap out of adjustable products as resets peak. Rate shock on the patient might prove fatal so the Fed is lowering the voltage. This won't help WaMu with the deal they made with me for a prime +0 HELOC however and it surely won't goose new business because the banks are not going to pass the drop through to new loans.
In 1984, Palin won the Miss Wasilla Pageant,[7][8] then finished second in the Miss Alaska pageant,[9] at which she won a college scholarship and the "Miss Congeniality" award.[6] Palin admits to smoking marijuana as a youth, during the time when possession was legal in Alaska, though she says she did not enjoy it.[10]
Palin attended Hawaii Pacific in Honolulu for a semester in 1982, majoring in Business Administration. She transferred in 1983 to North Idaho College.[11] In 1987,[12] Palin received a Bachelor of Science degree in communications-journalism from the University of Idaho, where she also minored in political science.[13][14]
In 1988, she worked as a sports reporter for KTUU-TV in Anchorage, Alaska.[15] She also helped in her husbands family commercial fishing business.[16] Palin also had a 20% ownership in an Anchorage car wash business, according to state corporation records filed in 2004. Palin failed to report her stake in the company when running for governor in 2006; in April 2007, the state issued a "certificate of involuntary dissolution" because of the company's failure to file its biennial report and pay state licensing fees.[17]
As I said last night on a comment thread - the woman is having a major impact... I was at a large HS cross country meet last night (many HS's from prosperous ex-urban & suburban parts of Twin Cities that vote something like 70% GOP)... saw more than a few Sarah look-a-likes... hair up, lotsa make-up, glasses... Coincidence? Maybe but you NEVER used to see this crowd in glasses unless they were designer shades.
Anyway its good for the economy so stop complaining... retail might be down but Mary Kay, Pearle Vision & Aveda should do fine... wonder how much they contribute to GDP.
Many women are angry that candidates know better than to make racist comments about Obama. But he has made sexist comments about Hillary and now many people are making sexist comments about Palin. These comments have been reported and discussed by the MSM without much criticism. As a result these comments are doing more to get McCain and Palin elected, than either is doing themselves.
I'm still a Democrat and not happy about how the race is being waged.
Hey, I may change my mind here, maybe Palin will change laws for dop down here in the bigger section of America??
Re: September 11, 2003 - Anchorage, AK, USA
Anchorage, Alaska: In a decision released on August 29, the Alaska Court of Appeals has upheld a 1975 state Supreme Court decision holding that the right to privacy in the state Constitution precludes any penalty against private use and possession of marijuana by adults. The decision also struck down a 1990 state initiative that attempted to recriminalize marijuana, on the basis that the initiative-passed statute conflicts with the state Constitution.
"With regard to possession of marijuana by adults in their homes for personal use, (the law) must be interpreted to prohibit only the possession of four ounces or more of marijuana," wrote Court of Appeals Judge David Stewart in the unanimous decision. The law also allows cultivation of marijuana for personal use.
The decision was handed down in the case of David Noy, 41, who was arrested for smoking marijuana at his home in North Pole, AK during a barbecue with friends.

It's it toss-up whether McM croaks before Jan. '13. But I think - if he's not impeached or resigns - that he'll lose the '12 election due to a Ross Perot-like 3rd party candidate taking crucial swing-state votes away from the Repubs. That's the only way a Dem. will ever be elected Pres.

wow, way to support the Dem ticket there, rich.
if you want Obama to win you better rethink your tactics. If you are a false-flag Dem, then continue on.
Me, my heart wants Obama to win but my head doesn't really care.
I think Obama has better advisers and is more mentally equipped to deal with the situations we're going to be facing 2009-2017, but the diabolic half of me wants to have a Republican in office to be presented with the fallout from the present administration's various misdeeds.
If I were gay, were a woman of childbearing age or had a daughter, or of draft age, I'd have a different outlook, but the American people choosing McCain is no real skin off my nose.
The damage was done 2000 & 2004 -- the country put Casey Jones at the controls, and train #102 is just around the curve.

The Prodigal Son (by Rudyard Kipling)
Here come I to my own again,
Fed, forgiven and known again,
Claimed by bone of my bone again
And cheered by flesh of my flesh.
The fatted calf is dressed for me,
But the husks have greater zest for me, I think my pigs will be best for me, So Im off to the Yards afresh.
I never was very refined, you see,
(And it weighs on my brothers mind, you see) But theres no reproach among swine, dyou see, For being a bit of a swine.
So Im off with wallet and staff to eat
The bread that is three parts chaff to wheat,
But glory be! theres a laugh to it,
Which isnt the case when we dine.
My father glooms and advises me,
My brother sulks and despises me,
And Mother catechises me
Till I want to go out and swear.
And, in spite of the butlers gravity, I know that the servants have it I Am a monster of moral depravity, And Im damned if I think its fair!
I wasted my substance, I know I did,
On riotous living, so I did,
But theres nothing on record to show I did
Worse than my betters have done.
They talk of the money I spent out there
They hint at the pace that I went out there
But they all forget I was sent out there
Alone as a rich mans son.
So I was a mark for plunder at once,
And lost my cash (can you wonder?) at once,
But I didnt give up and knock under at once,
I worked in the Yards, for a spell,
Where I spent my nights and my days with hogs.
And shared their milk and maize with hogs,
Till, I guess, I have learned what pays with hogs
And I have that knowledge to sell!
So back I go to my job again,
Not so easy to rob again,
Or quite so ready to sob again
On any neck thats around.
Im leaving, Pater. Goodbye to you!
God bless you, Mater! Ill write to you!
I wouldnt be impolite to you,
But, Brother, you are a hound! Pig Poetry Index — Porkopolis

We have a Charlie's Angel-WonderWoman-Joan of Arc air headed nobody that will ascend to the most powerful position on the planet right behind a 73 yr old physically decrepit and psychologically damaged hot-headed, short tempered moron who hugs George Bush, and who admittedly doesn't understand economics. If there is such a thing as the anti-Christ, Palin is the best candidate I've seen so far. We have collectively lost our minds. And then Biden says, "well maybe Hillary would've been a better choice", and then the obscene spin on the "Lipstick on a pig" comment, and Obama's reticence to hammer down on these attacks and the unbelievable surge in the polls favoring the Republicans cause me to think its already lost. There are, at this point, only two outcomes in my mind: (1) Obama wins by the thinnest of margins or (2) Obama is humiliatingly defeated in a landslide (most likely outcome). We won't know until the very last minute because I believe the current administration will engineer an "incident" that incites fear at the eleventh hour. We all know how effective that has been in the past. The best way to control the masses is keep them in fear and keep them in debt. HOOCUDANODE!!!
Here's a revolutionary idea, let's redistribute electoral votes based on people's decision making ability.
CA would be lowered based on housing bubble as would NV.
FL would be lowered based on housing as well as their strong AARP base.
MI would be lowered because of the stupidity of the auto industry
NY would be lowered because of the stupidity and greed of Wall Street
Why are people who have proven they make unwise decisions continually allowed to make more of them?
PerhapsMaybe
Maybe we should redistribute electoral votes based on the amount of federal funds per capita going to various states (welfare and earmarks of all sorts). Red States sure use more then there fair share of federal funds !
"In the interview broadcast Thursday, Palin sought to defend her qualifications to assume one of the most powerful jobs in the world.
But she struggled with foreign policy, unable to describe President Bush's doctrine of pre-emptive strikes against threatening nations and acknowledging she's never met a foreign head of state."
in the tinterview she said she would be willing to consider waring with russia over georgia (which boarders russia)
thats like russia saying they are going to go to war with USA cause we "stole" texas from mexico.
Dawg,
So, if I heard you right, you think the FED will drop the rate with no expectation that it will pull the 2nd part of their mandate outta the hole.
Or did I miss your point entirely? - Popeye
Yep. The Fed is in firebreak mode. Unless something actually catches fire they have to let it smolder and deal with it later. Right now banks are failing. Everything is focused on that and inflation and the dollar are for afterwards. Yes, I know inflation and the dollar are supposed to be their only mandate but I don't let "what should be" blind me to "what is."
This just in: Governor Palin was before pork before she was against it. Government money was received by Alaska for "the growth and enhancement of wild porcine herds to graze under the pipeline and 'green' the drilling image."
I've accumulated a fair amount of TSO myself, mostly below 18. The crack spread, as OE noted, has just boomed, and the short position in TSO is ginormous.
If TSO cracks 20, I'll dance the happy dance, that's for sure.
mock turtle: she even said "unprovoked " by describing russia intervebtion.. didnt georgia start this??
so brazzenly lying without consequence.. what do they have to fear..
btw its not a democracy its a Dieboldcracy.. and staunch republican one.. travel the road to facism at high speed while everybody looks left for danger .. priceless
I spend my trollish posts digging at BO & Dems. and forecasting McM's win not because I support Repubs. or think highly of McM. I just really hate Dems. because if they didn't exist, everyone who opposes BAU would form a genuine second political party and things might be different electorally.
McM deserves humiliation for past comments like one he started back in the '00 primary, [paraphrase] "I think Alan Greenspan is so valuable that should he die in office, I'd make like Weekend at Bernies and prop him up so people won't be concerned." Dems. & Repubs. love and praise Greenspan, but that's sh*t is just sick.
IF you believe polls then I have a bridge to sell you. You can put it on the swamp you bought two weeks ago when both candidates were "neck and neck".
It's too funny that when the morality issue is brought up it's just fine to not have to be held to it if it means you've not ah......held yourself to it.
Who cares? I'll bet she's she's smarter than Quayle.
Remember, Alaska is close to Russia and Canada, that qualifies as experience with two foreign countries. I'd say she's not afraid of going to war with either if God wills it.
Maybe we should redistribute electoral votes based on the amount of federal funds per capita going to various states (welfare and earmarks of all sorts). Red States sure use more then there fair share of federal funds !

TW - it's culture war stuff - the images are more important than the words. You can't change that.
I spent all week in flyover... from Dakota to Texas & back again... listened to talk radio all the way [anyone know a good brand of brain bleach?]... you have no idea what's going on here unless you experience it yourself.
Believe me - having lived in that world [flyover] where that battle is fought all my life it just is the way it is.
If I was an operative for the Democrats, I'd almost be hoping that the McCain ticket wins.
If the economy tanks as badly as some think it will, McCain and Friends would be out in one term and another Republican wouldn't hold that office for a considerable period of time.
dryfly, i used to think you had a brain, it's the economy, stupid, or doesn't that work any more?

Doesn't work anymore... its 'culture wars' 24X7 in battleground states... that was Palin's task [to raise the noise above the message] & she is exceeding expectations.
We've got a Medieval Times Democracy. It's the Red Knight vs. the Blue Knight in a battle to the dea.......errr well the loser gets to keep their cushy position in the Senate.

Can't wait to see how the transvestites start dressing like her
Can someone enlighten me what Ms. Palin said or did that triggered this?
Mostly McCain campaign claiming to be offended by Obama using "lipstick on a pig," saying it was an attack against Palin AND Palin implying Fannie and Freddie cost the taxpayers too much before the bailout (which is what pushed Tanta's button).
This ruthless attack on Governor Sarah Palin is just a reflection of your sexist unAmerican ways. I'm so disappointed. I thought you supported freedom.
Can't you get something about Creationism in there somewhere? I mean anybody who disses Charles Darwin can't be all bad. He was such a deluded fool and wise people today know so much better.
Come on, boyz. Palin is perfect for the navel-gazing culture we presently live in. She's just a reflection of the women in my county. You know, born-and-bred etc., etc.

Given all the subtle sexism & racism in this election cycle... there is probably only one way to end this debate... by exposing the facts.
Hopefully, this Haloscan business, or whatever is, gets sorted out.
I still have to use an anonymizer to read or post comments.
I have a sneaking suspicion that it has something to do with IP addresses or a server somewhere, otherwise I wouldn't be able to use Halo even with the anonymizer, but I'm no computer guy.
Sarah Palin may be able to shoot and field-dress a moose, but they are much too few and far between to be a reliable source of sustenance to get us through what looks to be a very long and deep recession.
How good is she at shooting and field-dressing squirrels? They require a more delicate and refined touch, not a pit-bull approach.
mp-If you have cable internet, here is a one time possible fix. Unplug your cable modem (the device where the coax cable plugs in, not the router) when you go to bed. Tomorrow moring, plug it back in. Bingo, should have (although not guaranteed) a new IP address.
Can I be honest? I think an Obama-Palin ticket would be a winner for the country. Or didn't the presidential loser used to end up as the vice president?
A more intriguing election would be Obama-Palin vs. Clinton-McCain...
I don't know why we get what we get out of all this partisan-ism. We should have an ballot with 4 or 5 choices and the top 2 end up as President and Vice President. They don't run on political party campaigns, but they run on their own merits and ideas... and although they might toe the party line some years, some years they also might change the party instead of being molded by what the parties want.
DDW,
Just doing some reading. It actually sounds like an awesomely awesome way to deadlock the government. If the executive is deadlocked... try passing anything when your VP is going to stab you in the back and vying for the next Presidency...
The only way I can think of to improve on Krugman is if he did a cartoon version of his explanation of why he thinks we'll have money left over for Social Security in 20-30 years.
You could with the proper router fireware fool the ISP into assigning you a new IP address but it will require much more effort than the above suggestion.
There are lots of moose out west, maybe even more than deer. Not so many squirrels though. So moose-skinning skill rank high on the list of political office qualifications.
After Bush finishes bankrupting the country, Palin won't have to worry about meeting foreign leaders, she won't have the money for a plane ticket and no one will want to come to the US when they know they have to bring their own food.
I promise to provide more details and look for factual evidence in the future as I sling mud at this pot smoking slut that looks like a drag queen in heat. We all do need to rise above the noise and focus on the economy, The Iraq war, the corruption in The Bush Society and forget this piece of trash being paraded in front of the voting booth!
I see a lot of noise and a shift to not talk about FACTS?
Re: Both John McCain and Barack Obama have proposed tax plans that would substantially increase the national debt over the next ten years, according to a newly updated analysis by the non-partisan Tax Policy Center. Neither candidates plan would significantly increase economic growth unless offset by spending cuts or tax increases that the campaigns have not specified.
Compared to current law, TPC estimates the Obama plan would cut taxes by $2.9 trillion over the 2009-2018 period. McCain would reduce taxes by nearly $4.2 trillion."
"Obama would raise revenues by about $600 billion over the decade, while McCain would lose $600 billion. But choice of baseline doesnt change how the proposals would affect the budget picture; without substantial cuts in government spending, both plans would sharply increase the national debt. Including interest costs, Obamas tax plan would boost the debt by $3.5 trillion by 2018. McCains plan would increase the debt by $5 trillion."
This is based just on tax policy without accounting for other changes in policy. If Obama's health plan costs significantly more, that debt could rise. With McCain's possible increases or sustained expenditures in military spending his debt numbers could rise as well.
Altshuler will also become a principal research associate at the Urban Institute. Shell begin in January at the Tax Policy Center, which is a coordinated effort between the Brookings Institution and the Urban Institute. It provides nonpartisan analysis of tax plans, such as its recent reports on the programs suggested by presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain.
Altshuler succeeds former codirector Gene Steuerle, who left the center in September to work as vice president of the Peter G. Peterson Foundation. Altshuler will work with codirector William Gale and Director Len Burman.
Previously Altshuler worked for the Bush administration on the presidents Advisory Panel on Federal Tax Reform in 2005, where she was the top staff economist. The purpose of the panel was to simplify the tax code and try to balance its burdens and benefits while aiming for long-term economic growth.
Prior to that, in 2004, Altshuler acted as an adviser to Congresss Joint Committee on Taxation. She has also worked at an economics professor at Rutgers University in New Jersey since 1992.
When the Tax Policy Institute evaluated Altshulers and the rest of the Advisory Panels work in 2005, it primarily gave it a favorable review, saying The report contains a number of interesting and important proposals that would generally move the structure of the tax system in the right direction, with simpler rules, a broader base, generally lower effective marginal tax rates, and more consistent treatment of different types of income.

Dasvidanya,
Secretary of Agriculture
Washington DC
Dear Mr Secretary,
My friend, Ed Peterson, over at Wells, Iowa, received a
thousand dollar government check for not raising hogs. So, I want
to go into the "notraising hogs" business.
Patriotically Yours,
I M Cheap

No what is sad, is the rumor that Palin took 5 or 6 years to finish a degree at 5 or 6 "schools"
Republicans suck, unfortunately Democrats also suck. They are not so different when you ignore what they say and look at what they do.
Before the election is held, Palin will become one of the biggest mistakes and embarrassments in political history.

It took me a second but now I see the connection between Palin winning a beauty contest in a town of 600 and smoking pot. Drill baby!

I think Obama has better advisers and is more mentally equipped to deal with the situations we're going to be facing 2009-2017, but the diabolic half of me wants to have a Republican in office to be presented with the fallout from the present administration's various misdeeds.

Best loved pig poems from Porkopolis:

What like it's God's plan to invade Iraq and spend billions on fraud?

I'm still a Democrat and not happy about how the race is being waged.

Sorry.
Out of 600 people, was she really the most attractive? How many people were in the contest?
"If you're going to judge her, judge her on her politics, which is what she's running on."
Politics? She has none. She merely has opinions and religion.
If I was an operative for the Democrats, I'd almost be hoping that the McCain ticket wins.
If the economy tanks as badly as some think it will, McCain and Friends would be out in one term and another Republican wouldn't hold that office for a considerable period of time.
Just a diabolical thought.

Well her only duty if elected would be titular head of the Senate.
Well that, AND guarding the space-time continuum, it's right there in the Constitution!
dryfly, i used to think you had a brain, it's the economy, stupid, or doesn't that work any more?

Doesn't work anymore... its 'culture wars' 24X7 in battleground states... that was Palin's task [to raise the noise above the message] & she is exceeding expectations.
We've got a Medieval Times Democracy. It's the Red Knight vs. the Blue Knight in a battle to the dea.......errr well the loser gets to keep their cushy position in the Senate.
If the economy tanks as badly as some think it will, McCain and Friends would be out in one term and another Republican wouldn't hold that office for a considerable period of time.
I don't know. You would've said the same thing after Watergate. Also the Iraq War, come to think of it.

Until McCain croaks... heard him speak lately? I give him 50-50 making it all eight years.
There are two reasons why Dems. have won the Presidency a whole 3 freaking times since Johnson resigned: Watergate and H. Ross Perot.
Can someone enlighten me what Ms. Palin said or did that triggered this?
I don't follow politics simply because it doesn't add any alpha that I can discern.

Can't wait to see how the transvestites start dressing like her
zackattack,
I believe BO said he's bigger than Jesus, and then commented that he'd f*cked a pig with better lipstick than Palin.
dryfly what culture wars?? i didnt know there is any culture to fight over in flyover country?? /snark
btw cheney was head of the senate only too right??
listen to the palin interview again pls, McC is in for puppet time...
mp-good to see you and conjure back.
No worries. Bill Clinton is going to help Obama's campaign. I guess he's going to hit on Palin big time.
Obama's 15 minutes have come and gone.
This ruthless attack on Governor Sarah Palin is just a reflection of your sexist unAmerican ways. I'm so disappointed. I thought you supported freedom.
sdtfs writes:

Hit as in tapping that or hit as in attack?
Can't you get something about Creationism in there somewhere? I mean anybody who disses Charles Darwin can't be all bad. He was such a deluded fool and wise people today know so much better.
Come on, boyz. Palin is perfect for the navel-gazing culture we presently live in. She's just a reflection of the women in my county. You know, born-and-bred etc., etc.
Pitt Bull: should be "she is a reflection of MANY of the women..." ..after all there are quite a few more with IQs over 90.
Tanta, any woman can look like Sarah Palin.
And be sure to scroll to the end.
Obama meant of course that she is the lipstick on McCain's pig. Odd that so many thought "pig" referred to her. Wonder why?
El Cliffo: what is missing is McCain with a Palin hairdo. After all she's supplying what's lacking in him, right?
mp: Agree with your "diabolical thought." Also, cohorts keep moving through time. Culture wars will be toast in 4 years.
Yoringe: Hey, we got culture! God, Mom & apple pie. You've never lived till you've seen the cow carved in butter at the IA state fair.

Given all the subtle sexism & racism in this election cycle... there is probably only one way to end this debate... by exposing the facts.
Drop'em Barack.

I have a sneaking suspicion that it has something to do with IP addresses or a server somewhere, otherwise I wouldn't be able to use Halo even with the anonymizer, but I'm no computer guy.

Yeah, but the Electoral College ain't one of them.
Whats the matter with you cowards? You're attacking a POW veteran and spewing liberal venom on Vice President Palin.
You all are unpatriotic, flag burning, gay loving america haters.
Heh, electoral-vote.com shows McCain at the magic 270 EVs -- Palin gave him Nevada, Ohio, and Virginia just as I expected.
The Palin choice was brilliant on at least 3 levels.
1) she's a wanna-be book-banning, hard-core pro-life, pro-creationism fundie
2) governor of a western state
3) vpilf.com LOL.
"I think Obama has better advisers..."
You mean Zbigniew Brzezinski? I believe he would like to wipe Russia off the map.
I suppose that we are in for very dangerous times whoever is elected.
Eh, comrade?!
top 2 end up as President and Vice President
We tried this before. It didn't work very well.

DDW,
Just doing some reading. It actually sounds like an awesomely awesome way to deadlock the government. If the executive is deadlocked... try passing anything when your VP is going to stab you in the back and vying for the next Presidency...
MP's ISP probably assigned him a new IP address. One which is probably in CR's ban list.
Just go to whatsmyip.com, write down the address, email it to CR and ask him to check his info.
What Uncle Ar suggested probably won't work. ISP's will typical reserve and reassign the same IP to the same Mac Address(from his modem).
(sung to the tune of Jerry grunting "Newman!")
Krugman!
The only way I can think of to improve on Krugman is if he did a cartoon version of his explanation of why he thinks we'll have money left over for Social Security in 20-30 years.
You could with the proper router fireware fool the ISP into assigning you a new IP address but it will require much more effort than the above suggestion.
*fireware = FIRMware
Re: ruthless attack on Governor Sarah Palin
What about the ruthless attack on The American People and The Constitution?
There are lots of moose out west, maybe even more than deer. Not so many squirrels though. So moose-skinning skill rank high on the list of political office qualifications.
After Bush finishes bankrupting the country, Palin won't have to worry about meeting foreign leaders, she won't have the money for a plane ticket and no one will want to come to the US when they know they have to bring their own food.
Ok,
How much for the pig?
I keep thinking of Mr. Wu's pigs.
displaying a level of knowledge that would embarrass a 10 year old
Actually that makes her more qualified than Bush.
I would kill to see Bush on "Are you smarter than a 5th grader"
I promise to provide more details and look for factual evidence in the future as I sling mud at this pot smoking slut that looks like a drag queen in heat. We all do need to rise above the noise and focus on the economy, The Iraq war, the corruption in The Bush Society and forget this piece of trash being paraded in front of the voting booth!
Just the fact that this show exists...speaks volumes.
Does anyone have any facts???
Anyone here have real facts??

Did Mortgage Pig get a makeover ? That shade of pink seems more fuchsia than I recall from before.
I would like to vote for the democrat, but I'm ascared.
When Clinton was in office, he took away my guns and gave them to all the gay immigrants that he let out of prison so they could rape my girlfriend and then force her to have an abortion.
I'm ascared that with Obama we will have all those problems plus we will be giving free housing to terrorists and getting stabbed all the time.
I would much rather we continue to give the Mid East all our money, fight Israel's wars, socialize economic downturns, and move toward a theocratic, corrupt, secret government, and bring the constitution in line as we go.

Natural occurrence when The Pig gets slightly 'piqued'.
You would think that after 8 years of dismissing Bush as a retard, and having their clocks cleaned on election day that the victims of Bush Derangement Syndrom would have caught on to how ridiculous they look (basically like the earlier victims of Clinton Derangement Syndrome).
Now we're on to Obaman Derangement Syndrome (suffereed by Hillarybots) and Palin Derangement Syndrome, on strong display in this thread. Just keep it up until the entire steaming mess gets flushed in Novemeber, especially if B.O. doesn't get over his very bad case.

I thought Palin was the lipstick on the pig, the pig being the McCain candidacy.
I second that, we need to not complain about Palin and go with the flow, that seems to be God's will, but if not, life goes on.
Utterly amusing that those that want to see the Obama family in the White House call Bush a chimp.

But since you opened the door...why is 100% blacks voting for Obama not racist but 75% of whites voting for McCain is?
And I'm reminded of a conversation I had with a lady lobbyist on a plane flight to the SF convention where Mondale had named Geraldine as his vp..she was sure they would win and I was equally sure they would not.
Nor will Obama win this time. Middle class whites may have all the warts the pc folks accuse them of, but blacks are only about 10% of voters.
