This identifies only those who are registered (and desirious of official status they feel is an improvement on 'entrepeneur'). There are many others whose feelings are not so tender and climb from one house to the next, skipping the registered real estate vender.

Yes, and I believe that all 436,735 are in Newport Beach, CA. Some recently have moved up from Laguna Beach I would assume.
